Going deeper into the concept of govern-mental and those who keep time. Keepers of Time was filmed in various locations in the UK. Where my father was born (Saturn is often seen as the divine masculine and father).

I wanted to bring together the different ages of the UK heritage; the pagans, the medieval, the church/cathedral. In this piece I overlay all of these images and perform dance and ritual throughout, joining the imagery together and bridging the various time-spans and those who ruled, or were governing time. The pagans, who built incredible monuments that worked as predictive clocks for eclipses and solstaces. The religions that governed peoples minds via spiritual doctorine and dogma, to this day we still reference this with our years and BC/AD. The medieval castles that ruled over the land.

This was a personal exploration and re-appropration of my own heritage. Bringing into artistic focus and into my world of planets, mythology and philosophy.
